- They can be toggled between three modes: Ammo shot at training dummies are lost and cannot be picked up from the ground.
- Target dummies are objects that Geralt can destroy to gain proficiency in the character attribute Experienced. In the Prologue: In Chapter I, all 8 dummies are within Flotsam: In Chapter III:
* In an unpatched game the dummies in Foltest's camp will respawn over time or upon reload.
* Flotsam's guardhouse: drawing a weapon will make the guards hostile, but (a) the guardhouse is empty until after Stringing Up Sods; (b) the guards will not mind if the dummies are attacked with fists.
- Training Dummies are mechanical NPCs that enables you to test your dps out on different level mobs. Training dummies are located in all capital cities.
- The Training Dummy is a decoration which is available to all players at Level 30 or over. It costs $4500 to purchase and its dimensions are 2x2. It is the first of two Level 30 decorations, the other being the Bomb Shelter. Although the Miniature Nuclear Warhead was also released with the Level 30 update, it is premium and therefore does not require the player to reach Level 30 in order to purchase it.
- Training Dummy is found dead near two red firetrucks in the courtyard of the Searchlight fire station in 2281.
- The Training Dummy is an agent included in Docking Station. Located in the bottom part of the Workshop, Creatures perceive it as another creature, and can interact with it by pushing it, pulling it or hitting it. The dummy says what was done to it when a creature interacts with it, and you can reward or punish your creatures as you see fit. Activating the dummy yourself always results in a 'push', and encourages creatures to push the dummy. Clicking on the bell on its head changes the dummy from being a 'norn' to being a 'grendel', and then to an 'ettin'. The Dummy Control makes the training dummy mobile.
