Germain Abasolo is an Insurrectionist sympathizer and terrorist. Mentally unstable and unpredictable, he is considered one of humanity's most dangerous terrorists and is currently the second most wanted fugitive on the UEG's Most Wanted list. After escaping a maximum security prison in Rhodes in 2503, he began planning the devastating 2510 Herrara terrorist attacks which left 389 people dead. Following the attacks, he went underground and has eluded both Jacinto and UNSC authorities to detain him. There are several rumors regarding his disappearance, as well as his suspected return in 2557, but has remained mostly unconfirmed.
