Prior to becoming a Guard, he was a police officer, a fact that he never let Pinkard forget. When the Second Great War ended, Scott was arrested by the United States. In a failed bid to save himself, Scott informed the US that Pinkard was the first person to hit on the idea of using trucks to asphyxiate Negroes. Scott, like Pinkard and numerous others, was executed for crimes against humanity.
