Dan Dorion (born March 2, 1963) is a retired American ice hockey right winger who played four games with the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League (NHL) between 1985–86 and 1987–88. He started with the junior Austin Mavericks of the United States Hockey League and was drafted 232nd by the New Jersey Devils in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. However, Dorion went to Western Michigan University from 1982-86. He also played for the United States in the 1985 World Championship. Dorion turned pro in 1986, but was in the minors for the next four years, except for four games with the Devils.
