Migroo the stoat was one of the original members of Ferahgo the Assassin's horde. He was fairly stupid and had a reputation for being dim-witted. After Migroo failed to recapture Mara and Pikkle, Ferahgo cut Migroo's ear off as punishment. Later, Klitch captured Sapwood and Oxeye, and Migroo and Feadle were left to guard the captives. When the hares started to yell about being attacked by a large fish, the stoat captain went to investigate, hoping to acquire a decent dinner. Unfortunately, the whole thing was a trick, as Oxeye had freed himself from his bonds; taking Feadle's spear, the big hare ran it through Migroo.
