The Council of Clymene is the legislative body and state council for the State of Clymene, composing the core of the Government of Clymene. The body was created in 2013 by incoming Governor Marcus Villanova to handle state-wide affairs and gain devolution. The body is comprised of 25 members which are elected by the population once a year. These members are sworn in to uphold the Clymene State Law Constitution and are able to amend the state law with a simple majority. Their are 25 members elected from single seat districts (in rural areas), proportional representation (in urban areas) and the already elected Governor and Deputy Governor.
