Percy Kabeck was a physician stationed in SRPA 3. On February 12th, 1953, Dr. Kabeck and along with his colleagues Doctors Oscar Villamizar and Frederick Jean discovered Cpl. Joseph Capelli in a torpid state. Kabeck and his colleagues tried to help Capelli but were instead assaulted by him. The doctors were saved from Capelli by the arrival of Sgt. Benjamin Warner. His struggle with Capelli left Dr. Kabeck with a crushed jaw, a broken left humerus, a torn left rotatory cuff, and multiple bruises to his head and torso.
