Measles Enog ("Gone" spelt backwards) was the son of Anna Enog, the matron of a women's prison. He had short blond hair and a pockmarked forehead (the result of a disease, acne, or some other skin condition). He typically wore a bow-tie and checked sweater. Despite his youth, Measles was able to command the loyalty and respect of many older criminals, due to his cunning nature and vicious streak.

- Measles was an illness typically contracted by Humans during childhood. In 2365, after having contracted Rop'ngor and feeling embarrassed, Worf asked Doctor Katherine Pulaski how William T. Riker would feel if he had the measles. She stated that Riker probably would have felt silly as well. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder" ) Adults who contract measles are at actual risk of death from it, and even 24th Century medical advances such as McCoy having isolated immunization agents on Omega IV (which he did in "The Omega Glory" ) could still be insufficient to remove the risk entirely.
- Measles was a disease characterized by spotty rashes and fevers. Jal Te Gniev had it during the Battle of Yavin.
- Measles is a born ghoul located at the Reservation in 2253.
