Two different versions of the TC620 were available in different markets in 1996. This version, which has a resoncast body, was sold worldwide in 1995 and continued to be offered in Japan as well as Asia and South American markets through 1997. A different version with an ash body was offered in Europe and the USA in 1996. This TC620 features a resoncast bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Sky soapbar-style pickguard-mounted humbucking pickups and a floating synchronized tremolo bridge.
