Holding the rank of Commander, she served as the senior LAC commander aboard HMAMC Wayfarer during the ship's anti-piracy mission in the Silesian Confederacy. (HH6) Promoted to Captain (JG), she became the COLAC aboard the RMN's very first LAC carrier, HMS Minotaur. Together with Captain Alice Truman and with assistance from Honor Harrington and Prescott Tremaine, Harmon developed most of the operational doctrine that made the new LACs and CLACs so effective. She was killed when her personal command LAC, HMLAC Harpy, was destroyed by Havenite graser fire in the Second Battle of Hancock. (HH8)
