One of the principal founders of the Dragaeran Empire, and, according to legend, creator of the Orb, which was apparently accomplished using Elder Sorcery. A contemporary of Kieron the Conqueror, she was the first Dragaeran to realize that the wars against the Easterners and Serioli would eventually result in the founding of an Empire. Little else has been revealed about her. Being the first empress, she was of course a Phoenix. Specifically, she was considered a reborn Phoenix, perhaps because she knew when to quit before becoming decadent.
