Skerring Basin is a commune in Rhodea, located right east of Skerring. As the name says, the commune covers the seas outside Skerring Bay, although nearly all of the inhabitants of the commune lives in the town Shipton. The rest (approx. 30) of the inhabitants lives on the Great Bank, a sand bank east of Shipton. In Shipton people can enjoy the small town theme, a tourist harbour with restaurants and facilities, and great views in the sunrise, when the light slowly raises over the sandbanks in the Skerring Basin. As en extra oppurturnity, this views can be seen from the Stream Banks, sandbanks south of Shipton, reachable at low water.
