Mitch's Dad: Glad you two made it. Jon: It's Mitch's Dad. Tyler: How's Mitch doing? Mitch's Dad: He's learning not to be a bully and that Pokemon and friends are vital. Tyler: That's good. Nurse Joy: So what can I do for you? Mitch's Dad: I need to make an announcement about the tournament. Mitch's Dad: All participants in the tournament, you must now proceed to the stadium. Also, I'd like to mention the tournament will be a tag battle format. Mitch's Dad: Do you two know where the stadium is? Jon No, we only got here about 15 minutes ago to be honest. Mitch's Dad: I see, I'll take you both over there now. Jon: Now, who am I paired up with? Mary: I'm paired up with you then. Jon: That's good. Tyler: Seems like me and you are partners. I'm Tyler. Luke: I'm Luke. Mary: We are beginning then. Jon: No pressure. Jon: A rock and electric type. Cyndaquil is at a disadvantage with Geodude. Mary: So is Pikachu with type match up. Kate: We'll begin then. Mareep, Thundershock. Battle Music Starts - On the right Jon: Cyndaquil, dodge and use Ember! Jon: Good work Cyndaquil! Jill: Geodude, Rock Blast! Jon: Cyndaquil! Jill: Now use Mega Punch on Pikachu. Mary: Pikachu, dodge! Cyndaquil: Quil, Cyndaquil! Jon: Right. Use Double Kick! Jon: That's how to do it Cyndaquil! Kate: Mareep, use Thundershock! Mary: Pikachu, counter with ThunderBolt! Mary: Now Iron Tail on Geodude! Mary: Mareep is evolving?! Kate: Mareep? Kate: Flaaffy! Though what happens now? Mitch's Dad: If a Pokemon evolves during the battle then the battle can continue. Jill: That's good. Jon: Now we have more power to deal with. Kate: And by the looks of things, Flaaffy has a new move! Jon: Cyndaquil use Ember! Kate: Flaaffy, use Electro Ball! Mary: Pikachu, Iron Tail! Kate: Use your new move, Iron Tail. Kate: You're good, both of you, but this is where it ends. Jill: Geodude, use Focus Punch! Kate: Flaaffy, Electro Ball. Mary: Pikachu, ThunderBolt the Electro Ball. Jon: Cyndaquil use Double Kick on Geodude. Mitch's Dad: Geodude and Flaaffy are unable to battle. Jon and Mary proceed to the next round. Jon: Well done Cyndaquil, you were great. Mary: Pikachu, you were awesome. Tyler: A Togepi and Sentret huh. Two normal types. Luke: Though Togepi can use Metronome which can turn into any move. Megan: We'll start. Togepi, Metronome! Tyler: A Focus Blast, of the bat?! Luke: Bulbasaur, use Protect! Tyler: Nice. Totodile, use Scratch on Sentret!. Max: Sentret counter with Shock Wave! Tyler: You okay Totodile? Totodile: Dile.... (Weak) Megan: Togepi, use Metronome! Luke: Bulbasaur, Protect again quick! Mitch's Dad: Tyler and Luke progress to the next round. Tyler: To think Explosion would come after Focus Blast. Max: It's the luck of the draw I guess. Tyler: So we are against you then. Jon: Let the best tag team win! Jon: Lets do this! Tyler: Totodile, use Water Gun. Jon: Ember! Mary: Use ThunderBolt. Luke: Energy Ball. Narrator: As the tournament begins, it wasn't long till Jon and Tyler fought against each other. Now, who will go on and win this round. Wait and see next Episode.
