It is just as effective 1 foot away as it is 100 feet away. - Once the object leaves his hand he no longer has control of it, and the object will keep pulling towards the target until it collides. - Can also use this ability on his glove that is secured tightly on his hand, to propel himself towards any larger object or bring smaller objects to him. - Some examples of use: tosses a handfull of bullets towards a target like a gun, throwing a metal orb with devasting force then bringing it back like a boomerang, using conventional means to increase the launching of an object like a bow, flicking tiny objects, bringing things to his glove that he is too lazy to pick up, Touching or pushing someone and sending them towards whatever he is looking at.
