Bobby wants to help the Mugani (the enslaved natives of Cascada) and set them free with the help of Andromeda. In truth, however, he seeks to secretly rule them in the colonists' place, in collaboration with his new lover Margot. Bobby successfully lures and capture the Maru, but the Andromeda is tipped off when Dylan secretly informs the Commonwealth ship of the kidnapping via Morse Code. Bobby makes no attempt to end the conflict peacefully, and the Andromeda Ascendant threatens to destroy the Maru if it is used to aid the Mugani. In a climactic fight, Bobby is killed by Beka through electrocution, using one of Maru's power lines. ("Be All My Sins Remembered")
