  • Leather girdles are essentialy useless. Equipping iron based girdles can be harmful if the PC does not have decent body armor, as getting stuck with cursed girdle means also being stuck with current body armor. Mid and late game, players often choose to wear girdles of carrying or girdles of giant strength, since the alternative cost is just few points of PV.
