Taiyo Aramaki is the chief programmer at Team Ninja. Most of his work has been on the Dead or Alive series. Most recently, Aramaki contributed to the development of Hyrule Warriors. He was the engineering lead of Metroid: Other M. He spoke about his experience developing the game in an Iwata Asks interview.[1] Aramaki said that Other M was the first game that he developed where Team Ninja did not have full creative control. This proved to be a challenge, although he felt in the end that the collaboration had been successful as Nintendo was willing to listen to Team Ninja's ideas.
