Anti Thread-Locking Bill D.L. 0904 IN PARLIAMENT July 15, 2009 AN ACT Sponsor(s) Kamino Providing for the Consideration of the bill (D.L. 0904) to establish Anti Thread locking Bill SECTION 1. TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ‘Anti Thread-Locking Bill of 2009’ SECTION 2. TABLE OF CONTENTS. The table of contents of this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short Title. Sec. 2. Table of contents. Sec. 3. Purpose. Sec. 5. Actions. SECTION 3. PURPOSE. We the people of the Democratic Open Community, in the interests of freedom of speech and liberty and to further our protection against corruption. SECTION 4. ACTIONS. In the event a thread is closed and members feel it was unjustly done so, any member of parliament may call for it to be reopened with the support of two additional members of the DOC. Once this requirement is met, the thread must be reopened and allowed to continue to be used.
