| - Adric, Lord Ardeth of Omiroth, is the current head of the Ardeth. He was Torisen's mentor and is a Knorth ally. However, at many points in time, he attempts to manipulate and spy on Torisen.

- Adric was an Alzarian born on the planet Alzarius in the parallel universe of E-Space in the 32nd century. His parents died in a forest fire when he was young, leaving him and his brother to fend for themselves. (AUDIO: The Invasion of E-Space) He was ranked as an elite and was awarded a blue star-shaped badge with gilt edging for mathematical excellence. His older brother Varsh belonged to a gang of teenage thieves. Adric wanted to join them, but was refused. Varsh asked him the embarkation question: "Where will you be when the starliner leaves Alzarius?" Adric replied that he would be somewhere else entirely. This proved to be true; he was on board the TARDIS when it took off. To prove himself to the gang, he tried to steal some riverfruit, but failed. (TV: Full Circle)
- He was called Addric because he was good at math. Addric came from a race of swamp-melon people and it showed: he couldn’t act and was frequently a pain in the ass for the Fourth and Fifth Doctors. To be frank, he started out as an at least forgiveable character, not great but tolerable, during his run with the Fourth Doctor, and he seemed to be getting better over the course of that season. Then starting with Four to Doomsday, some writer figured that because Addric started out as an urchin, he should always be written as such, in spite of prior character development, and he barely improved from that point, so he was a shit character throughout most of season 19. Then he died, and the Lord smiled and the babies giggled, and the birds sang out again, "Adric is dead!"

- Adric is the instructor in charge of training new Swordsmen at the Royal Criatura Academy in Izlude. He is a no-nonsense Swordsman who doesn't take those uninterested in swordsmanship very lightly, being quick to tell them off as being weak.
