  • Originally, Freedom HQ was an old limestone cavern in Knothole, but this changed when the first members of the Knothole Freedom Fighters, following the apparent deaths of the Original Freedom Fighters, gathered together and fought in their place. After the Iron Dominion's capture of New Mobotropolis Sonic, Sally, Tails, and Monkey Khan retreated to Freedom HQ to hack into Iron NICOLE. (StH: #208, #209) When the Battle Bird Armanda invaded, NICOLE, in her grief of Sally's robotcization, self-exiles herself by uploading herself into Freedom HQ. (SU: #35)
  • The Freedom HQ was the primary headquarters for the Freedom League, located in New Haven, Haven City. It was only featured in Jak 3 and used during the War for Haven City, primarily by Ashelin Praxis and Torn (before the latter was separated and held fort in South Town). The facility contained the main control room, accessed at the top of the building via an elevator, which utilized several computer panels as well as a primary computer system in the center used for various purposes. Beneath the control room was a hangar which held the single HellCat cruiser still in existence (that was seen in the game), but was modified and re-painted from crimson to blue per the Freedom League's color.

Beneath the control room was a hangar which held the single HellCat cruiser still in existence (that was seen in the game), but was modified and re-painted from crimson to blue per the Freedom League's color. Jak visited the HQ several times after gaining access to New Haven, primarily to receive missions and information from Ashelin Praxis, Samos Hagai, Keira Hagai, Pecker, and once from Onin. Jak once defended the HQ from an attack by KG Death Bots using armored dropships. He also received the Mass Inverter here from Ashelin after the mission "Beat Cyber Errol boss". The Freedom HQ also appeared to have dealt with inter-league affairs, as it was here that various briefing took place, as well as Governess Ashelin dissolving the city council and stripping Veger of his title, command, and all privileges. The official Jak 3 website reveals several departments and separate control rooms in the HQ, such as a pharmaceutical room used for experiments, a weapons room, and various additional intelligence monitors.
  • Originally, Freedom HQ was an old limestone cavern in Knothole, but this changed when the first members of the Knothole Freedom Fighters, following the apparent deaths of the Original Freedom Fighters, gathered together and fought in their place. The base was initially destroyed and most of its occupants captured by Snively's diversionary attack on the base while Dr. Eggman and the newly-finished Egg Fleet finished with destroying Knothole. However, following the rescue of its citizenry by the five remaining base occupants (Sonic the Hedgehog, Knuckles the Echidna, Miles Prower, Amy Rose and NICOLE) and founding of New Mobotropolis, the base was re-built. (StH: #175, #176, #177, #185) A while after, the Suppression Squad used some stolen Globe Posts to open a doorway from Anti Mobius to the Star Posts in Freedom HQ. They proceeded to start their take over of Mobius Prime with the Freedom HQ. For a short time Freedom HQ was under the control of the Suppression Squad, but eventually they were sent back home and the base was reclaimed. (StH: #189, #190, #196) After the Iron Dominion's capture of New Mobotropolis Sonic, Sally, Tails, and Monkey Khan retreated to Freedom HQ to hack into Iron NICOLE. (StH: #208, #209) When the Battle Bird Armanda invaded, NICOLE, in her grief of Sally's robotcization, self-exiles herself by uploading herself into Freedom HQ. (SU: #35)
