Muzara was a planet in the Expansion Region. Humans from Brentaal colonized the planet 4000 BBY, barely avoiding conflict with the native Muzaran people, who were also known as the Muza. The first Human settlement was built on the top of a high plateau, and was organized by the Brentaal League, which hoped the world would make a profitable agriworld. The Humans brought harvester crawlers to Muzara, automated farming machines which tilled, sowed and harvested crops. The crawlers were purchased by groups of families, who also purchased claims on vast swathes of the planet.
