Dr Elijah Baxter Forman (1839 - 25 November 1925) was a physician and politician. He studied medicine at Guy's Hospital and was a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons and of the Royal College of Physicians from 1862. He was active in the Conservative Party: in 1888 he was President of the North Hackney Conservative Association. Forman was a Moderate Party/Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council from 1891-1910. He represented Hackney North for 10 years, sat as an alderman for 3 years and represented Kensington South for 3 years.
