- Having lived a poor nomadic life most of her early years. Alongside her father (Simply know back then as Capt. Jade) on board their ship the Shadow Dawn. Making their living as an independent interplanetary trader. Samantha (as she was called back then) had never known a normal life on any planet and neither called any her home. Seemingly, always on the run from something Samantha's father dare not tell her. Until one fateful day, when Capt. Jade's past seem to have caught up with him. As a hunter cornered him and was in the process of capturing him. He a scuffle broke out and he is killed in front of Samantha .Who by then driven by rage killed the Hunter unrepentantly. Kills him and in fear of reprisal from his comrades. She eventually ran to escape the place.
