Maxime Sauve (born January 30, 1990 in Tours, France) is a French centre playing for the Providence Bruins. He played junior hockey for the Quebec Remparts and the Val-d'Or Foreurs from 2006 to 2010. The Boston Bruins picked him 47th overall in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. Sauver turned pro in 2009-10 with Providence.
