Reginald White Granville-Smith (9 November 1840 - 1929) was a company director and local politician. He was born in Headingley near Leeds, Yorkshire as Reginald White Smith. He was the son of George Smith, a banker, and his wife Mary. He was educated at Leeds Grammar School, leaving for France in 1858. In 1865 he married Fanny Elizabeth Sumpter in Paris. From 1900 he was also a member of Westminster City Council, as a councillor for St Margaret's Ward from 1900–18 and as an alderman until 1928. He served as Mayor of Westminster for 1913-14.

By 1871 he and his wife were living in Westminster and he was a cigar merchant. By 1881 he was a private secretary, a profession he still held in 1891, by which time he had adopted the surname Granville-Smith. In the 1901 and 1911 censuses he was described as a director of public companies and a justice of the peace. In the 1914 Directory of Directors he was listed as chairman of the National Benefit Life and Property Assurance Limited. He served two terms on the London County Council: he was a Moderate Party councillor representing Westminster from 1898-1907 and from 1910-19 as a Municipal Reform Party councillor. Following boundary changes he sat as a councillor representing Westminster, Abbey. From 1900 he was also a member of Westminster City Council, as a councillor for St Margaret's Ward from 1900–18 and as an alderman until 1928. He served as Mayor of Westminster for 1913-14.
