Gribbsy was a hare of the Long Patrol at the mountain fortress of Salamandastron under Lord Mandoral Highpeak. He had a silly sense of humor. During a dinner in the mountain mess hall when Tiria Wildlough was present, Gribbsy teased his friend, Mobbs, for commenting on Tiria's good looks. Mobbs insulted him back in a similar fashion. After a quick retort, Gribbsy addressed the cook as "cookie", much to the amusement of those around him (particularily Flibber). He received a cold glare for this comment. Besides these, not much else is none about him as he was a fairly minor character.
