- Honeycomb is an ingredient in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It can be used to make potions at an alchemy lab as part of alchemy.

- The Honeycomb is a quest item from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. The Honeycomb, which is part of the trading quest for the Magnifying Lens, is hanging from a tree in the northern part of Ukuku Prairie. If Link has the Stick, he can loan it to Tarin, who is trying to knock the Honeycomb down and obtain the sweet honey found inside. Tarin strikes at the Honeycomb, angering the bees and prompting them to chase him away. The Honeycomb falls down once they have left the area, and Link is free to pick it up. The Honeycomb can in turn be traded to the Chef Bear who lives in Animal Village.
