An anti-gravity unit was a vehicle-mounted device used for loading and unloading of heavy cargo. Anti-grav loaders were known to be equipped with them. The unit worked by shooting an anti-gravity beam at heavy objects, apparently making them weightless, and then guiding them to their desired destination. It could apparently be used as a combat countermeasure as well, as Kirk Windjammer once used his anti-grav unit to deflect an incoming photon missile.

- Shortened to 'AG unit', these are used on shuttles and on Burns Flipper's grav chair. It isn't known how they work, but they allow incredibly heavy loads to be lifted with ease. The more powerful ones, such as those used on shuttles, seem to be quite valuable and hard to come by, as the Flipper is happy to swap one to make an expensive fake ID for April. Found at the wreck of Shuttle 709.
- The Anti-Gravity unit isn't as awesome as you might think. For one it doesn't allow you to fly, or even float, and its more like an armor peice than an actual 'device'; and to top it off only Clanners can use the thing. Baring that though, the Anti-Gravity Unit is an interesting peice of armor. To start the process of creation, The Omni-Pol Command Juggernaut needs to be killed in the main Omni-Tek Base in Avalon.
