The Agents of 634 are a top-secret organization of peace-keepers and order-preservers headed by The Lhikan. Much like the Order of Mata Nui serves Mata Nui's will, the Agents of 634 serve The Lhikan. The Agents of 634 were created before the Great Cataclysm by a small group of peace-loving individuals that sought to keep the evil they foresaw in the Makuta from spreading. One member once joked that the group would one day have over 634 members, and so the number stuck.

While the Order of Mata Nui and the Hand of Artakha were founded prior to the Agents of 634, and many members were in all three groups, nobody outside of the Agents of 634 knows of the group's existence. When the Order of Mata Nui began recruiting members, the Agents of 634 kept their existence a complete secret in case the Order failed.
