Paul Edward Collyer MBE and Oliver Charles "Ov" Collyer MBE are two English computer game designers and programmers. They founded the development company Sports Interactive in 1992 and created the Championship Manager series of football video games, which became the Football Manager series in 2004. The brothers are avid supporters of Everton F.C. and were, in 2006, rumoured to be considering a takeover bid for the club. Oliver currently lives in Istanbul, close to the ground of Beşiktaş J.K. They were both appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2010 New Year Honours for services to the computer game industry.
