Born in 2490 on the colony of Minister, Crowe attended Rishard University, obtaining a master's degree in engineering, eventually coming to work on Talitsa in 2517. While working on designing and overseeing the construction of mining facilities for the Talitsa Corporate Council, Crowe was bribed into covertly joining the United Rebel Front on the planet, building the mining facilities to act as redoubts for the rebels. In 2520, as the uprising on the colony began, Crowe waited the battle out within one of the mines-turned-redoubts. However, in 2522, after the uprising had failed, Crowe escaped to Glabetov. Initially treated with hostility, he gained the trust of the Glabetovan Resistance Organization by aiding several cells in developing underground command centers. After the colony was overtaken by the GRO in 2537, Crowe lived a relatively uneventful life, save for continuing to design bunkers and fortifications for rebel groups on occasion. In 2539, after months of negotiations between the Victorian Independent State and the GPR, Crowe was asked if he wanted to move to Victoria. Accepting, he took up residence in Agley, and was granted a commission as a Captain in the Victorian Independent Army. For the next thirteen years, he developed all manner of military fortifications in Agley, many of which were later used to great effect during the battle for the city in 2553. During the aforementioned battle, Crowe was killed as he attempted to direct the demolition of one of the bridges into the city.
