abstract	Seyayi is a sadistic little bastard and a sociopath. The young man suffer from a severe form of insanity, although he is bathit insane he tend to avoid killing. He happily run amok and wreck shit up, spreading chaos and very cruel jokes. Unfortunately he got really really good at this, so good none but an experienced party of adventurers (read PCs) can hope to stop him doing shit and make everyone lives as fucking miserable as possible. The lad is actually able to blend in the crowd rather well, his blond hairs and feminine traits allow him to take the guise of a woman. He usually reveal his gender with Cruel Comment, disturbing his enemies. He rarely actually fight, rather using his spells such as reduce person or glitterdust to spread chaos and run away. The rare time he fight instead of spell the neighbor into chaos or humiliate a state leader with a crossdressing joke he fight with a very big spiked chain.
