The Fortune Skull line of merchandise consists of two Skullette-shaped Magic 8-Balls themed after either Frankie Stein or Cleo de Nile. Rather than holding them upside down, the Fortune Skull items come with a button on the back that needs to be pressed. Each eye socket displays a part of the answer - the left displays an adjective, the right the main reply, such that the full answer could be, for instance, "Mournfully Good" or "Dreadfully Certain". The Fortune Skull items are capable of producing more than sixty answers, but suffer a few spelling errors. Both toys were released in Early August, 2010.
