Ltd. of Japan bought Mister Donut's sales and trademark rights for all of Asia. Mister Donut is now headquartered in Japan, where it has more than 1,300 stores. There are also Mister Donut stores in China, El Salvador, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
