After both changing the name that had been inscribed onto its railroad cars from The John Henry to The Beautiful Angelica and swapping its supply of tracks for ones that were primarily composed of the buoyant kuuigosu, Aronne and his Oca Troopa begun to utilize the track renewal train as a makeshift sea train. Even going so far as to sell TICKETS to those willing to pay for the privilege of being taken on as a passenger. Needless to say, the World Government was NOT amused. So much so, that they went far as to send in the Cipher Police to reclaim possession of the train from Aronne and his Oca Troopa. Unfortunately for the Cipher Police, those Drago Family rejects would round up being the least of their worries. For the passengers of the Beautiful Angelica would each turn out to be FAR from your average paying customers...
