Formed by Trams Nylos in 3,888 BBY with the Mandalorian planet Concord Dawn as their capital. Its goal was to save the lives of all the citizens of the Mandalorian Empire and create a new and just government. The founding document was the Decleration of Liberation which also declared war on the Mandalorian Empire which resulted in the Mandalorian Revolution.
