Leon's ancestry is never clarified; he lost both his parents early on and was adopted by an elderly couple on a farm near Nova Roma. The second influence for Scorpio's character came from designer Tiberian Destiny's own experience about the young people surrounding him: a disillusioned youth who concentrates mostly on acting cool. The designern thought how such person would react if plunged into a situation like the one Scorpio faces on Eden-IV. Scorpio is a young trainee ArmSuit pilot at Liamb HOUSE, who is frequently chosen to take part in or lead those operation that encompass the use of HOUSE's trainee squads. While, in career as a pilot, he can live up to the high requirements and responsibility placed upon him, his personal life is not quite as reasonable. Once given free time outside the academy on weekends, he drinks in unhealthy quantities and has sexual relationships with various girls, but never truly falls in love or is love with/by the girls he dates. In the academy, his main rival is Vedess, another trainee pilot of exactly his age, who is pretty much the opposite of Scorpio. Over the course of RPing, his feelings for Lydia and the course of events on Eden-IV change his character for the better, while Vedess ends as a tragic hero. After Wolfwind dies, he is claimed by the externals residing beyond the Zone portal, setting the scene for his involvement with the TT. Lif is the protagonist of Random Kingdom.
