Then after a long chase after Mephisto, Ghost Rider (Ian Somerhalder) appears and fights against Mephisto losing against him, he is helped by Fury but refuses his help, Blaze then tells Fury that he needs to end Mephisto alone and that he doesn't needs S.H.I.E.L.D's interruptions, then he rides away in his motorcicle. Songbird (Alexandra Breckenridge) is walking down the street after her concert, when she is ambushed by a group of demons from Mephisto's army, she quickly attacks them with her screaming power, but she is just able to harm them, trying to scape, she is then helped by Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) Songbird replies saying that he was a little "late", Deadpool answers in a mocking tone saying that at least she has to be happy for it, both of them fight the demons, knowing that they are not match for them, both decide to run away until they are able to lose the demons, both refuge in a cabin. A few hours later it is shown that Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) is doing his "patrol" time in the city, he suddenly spots Nick Fury in a building near, he also notices that Fury needs to tell him something important, when he arrives to the building Fury tells him that he needs Peter to reasemble the New Thunderbolts once more, Spider-Man tells him that he hasn't talk with them long time ago, that the only contact he talks to since the disbament is Venom (Garret Hedlund), Fury then goes into the theme of Mephisto's army over the earth, Spider-Man then starts to listen carefully and agrees with Fury with one condition, that he will do it for the earth and not for Fury or S.H.I.E.L.D. Venom then is seen standing in a building looking at the city, when Spider-Man arrives, Venom tells Spider-Man to leave him alone, but Peter tells him that there is something bad going on and that they are the only way to stop it, angrily Venom replies by punching Spider-Man, then a fight starts but they are stoped by Ghost Rider, Rider tells them to stop fighting and tells Peter that he knows what Fury told him, Rider agrees reforming the team, both of them convice Venom and then the three of them go in search of Songbird & Deadpool, they arrive to the cabin, they find both of the sleeping, Spider-Man tells Venom to wake them up, Venom growls and both of them wake and stand up, they tell them about Mephisto's plans, both Songbird & Deadpool tell the others about the demons that attacked them just a few hours ago. Mephisto then knowing the New Thunderbolts are reasembling again, decides to strike earth with his army, the Thunderbolts spot Mephisto's invasion begining and prepare to fight against him, they are assisted by Nick Fury & The Black Widow, after a long fight, Mephisto captures Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) and threatens Peter saying that if he gives up he will not kill Gwen, but if he refuses to he will kill her, Venom them hits Mephisto knocking him out, Songbird, Deadpool & Ghost Rider are able to close the portal where Mephisto's demons were coming from, Ghost Rider then takes Mephisto to hell again, finishing with the war in earth.
