At around 3:19am, the group held an online meeting moderated by Bowden where they decided if they should use their prion bioweapon during the day, or if they should continue with their other plan of replicating it and then using it in six months. Number 5, Alan Wilson, O'Niel, and Marr were the primary speakers. The most influential member of the cabal, Wilson, persuaded them all to vote in favor of carrying out the attacks.
