It may also eventually assume control of the Future Fair/Museum of Tomorrow program. Generally, communities in TMP would have to take the initiative on these things individually, locally supporting most of the cost of their development. GreenStar Cultural would step in where communities might need help in this, serving as a cooperative formed of the managers of these activities and facilities throughout the collective TMP community. Its chief activity would be the administration of a grant program for these kinds of developments and activities based on CIC dividend reinvestment. This would support both community scale projects as well as the efforts of individual artists and craftsmen –as long as they resided in TMP communities and produced a certain amount of work for those communities, as opposed to for-profit production.
