Seishirō Tsugumi (鶫 誠士郎, Tsugumi Seishirō) is a hitwoman who was raised and trained by Claude of the Bee Hive Gang. Tsugumi is originally introduced as a male student who transfers to Chitoge's class, and has orders to protect her from Raku, whom she thinks he forced Chitoge into having a relationship with him. Tsugumi, although considered a side character in both the manga and anime, has several chapters and episodes dedicated to the development of her relationship with Raku.

- Seishirō Tsugumi 「鶫 誠士郎, Tsugumi Seishirō ?」 es una sicaria entrenada por Claude y que esta al servicio de La Colmena. Es introducida inicialmente como un estudiante de intercambio, con la misión de proteger a Chitoge Kirisaki de Raku Ichijō. Ella es una chica de estatura alta y esbelta, su apariencia se destaca por ser masculina si se le ve en ropa de hombre o increíblemente femenina en ropa de mujer. Su pelo es de un color azul oscuro y bastante corto, sus ojos de color rojo vino, se ha señalado varias veces que sus pechos son relativamente más grandes que el promedio y que su físico es semejante al de una modelo. En el lado derecho de su cabeza lleva un lazo color azul celeste con bordes blancos que se le fue entregada por Chitoge. La mayor parte del tiempo se le ve en su uniforme escolar,que no pertenece a la escuela que asiste, fuera de la escuela su guardarropa casual es elegido por Chitoge ya que ella reitera que "Tsugumi es una chica y debe vestirse como tal", la ropa que Chitoge elige para ella son trendy y algo maduras. Tsugumi es de una personalidad sobreprotectora, ya que toda su vida creció siendo educada para proteger a Chitoge, tampoco sabe relacionarse muy bien con otras personas (hasta que la serie avanza), ella tiene un físico perfecto y varias personas que la han visto piensan que es una modelo, por haber sido educada como un chico, ella es muy penosa cuando se menciona algo en cuanto de su físico. Como nunca se había visto envuelta en situaciones amorosas, al tener momentos “románticos“ con Raku en varias ocasiones ella se sonroja totalmente y suele utilizar armas o escapar como reacción a ello.
