Außerdem führte er Regie bei Serien wie "Grey's Anatomy - Die jungen Ärzte (Grey's Anatomy)", "Good Wife (The Good Wife)" oder "The Americans". 2003 gewann Misiano einen Emmy für seine Regiearbeit am Staffel Vier-Staffelfinale von "The West Wing - Im Zentrum der Macht (The West Wing)", der Folge mit dem Titel " (Twenty Five)", welche auch die letzte Episode war, die der Creator Aaron Sorkin schrieb. Danach war Misiano u.a. als Executive Producer bei der NBC-Fernsehserie "Law & Order: Los Angeles", einem Spin-Off von "Law & Order", dass im Mai 2010 abgesetzt wurde, tätig.
