| - Support as Nominator- Jr Mime can often be found editing the wikia (a lot of the time doing AWB tasks, it seems). I notice that he spends a good chunk of his time editing, while at the same time being active in chat and willing to lend a hand. Also, (which relates to the nomination reason) being helpful in chat, like welcoming and being nice, is not relevant whatsoever to a user coming into chat and spamming and having to kick them. He has shown no need for the tools at all, hasn't warned anyone, nothin. Even just a second ago, a user came into the chat and posted a shock link and I still think that Jr Mime is completely unaware that it happened, which is a bad quality for a chat moderator (to be away when something like this happens). Consistent immaturity, childish behaviour and lack of familiarity with all areas of the wiki (even as I wrote this comment I noticed that there are multiple JMod crowns in your signature, which is against our signature policy) make this user a poor authority figure. Commenters need to separate likeability from leadership skill; you don't need Chat Moderator tools purely because you're a nice person. Also, the effort that a person puts into work on the wikia and helping people in chat speaks to his passion and commitment towards the wikia. Passion and commitment are vital to being a moderator, because lacking them means you just don't care enough to perform your duties as a moderator. Seeing how hard he works in the wikia and the chat, I expect he will work just as hard at being a good Moderator.
