- Octave (おくたろう, Octarou en japonais, Octavian en anglais, Ottfried en allemand, Octavio en espagnol, Ottavio en italien) est une pieuvre apparaissant comme villageois dans toute la série Animal Crossing. Sa carte Amiibo est également compatible avec Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival. C'est aussi la seule pieuvre à être présente dans Animal Crossing sur GameCube, et ainsi il est la seule présente dans tous les épisodes de la série.

In the band The Crescendolls he plays the keyboard and does the vocals for the song "One More Time". The name Octave was given to him by Earl.
