Bardo Thodol (Tibetan: bardo: "Threshold"; thodol: "liberation"), translated as Liberation Through Hearing During The Intermediate State, or Liberation Through Hearing, and talks about the threshold between death, temporary liberation and rebirth. This scripture is more commonly called the Tibetan Book of the Dead.
