Neskara Industries was a galaxy spanning corporation in the time of the Great Hyperspace War. In the Great Hyperspace War, they played both sides of the fence, remaining neutral by selling arms to both the Sith and Republic. After the war, the Republic forced them into signing a treaty that allied them with the Republic, meaning that they could never sell arms to the Sith or any other enemies of the Republic again. Neskara Industries defied this, and sold arms to the Republic's enemies until the end of The Great Sith War, when the Republic finally realized that 72% of their products had been sold to Exar Kun's forces, so the Republic closed them down in 3,997 BBY.
