If Seasons is installed, Sims' temperature will not change when using exercise machines, as it does when using the treadmill and Exerto Super Exercise Bike. Sims will also gain Fitness hobby enthusiasm if FreeTime is installed. If FreeTime is installed, the Exerto 5000 can be tinkered with, but the less expensive weight machines from University cannot.
