Neith constructed it out of trunk wood from Winterleaf in Snowcrest. On 4E:370, the adventurers who defeated the Ender Trinity discovered the Spirit Bow in the underbelly of a dragon named Night Fury, perhaps suggesting that the dragon ate her. However, none of the special tipped arrows were found. Nevertheless, the bow still proved incredibly powerful. The bow was safely stored in Hyperion by HyperSilence before the Fall of Summergate, so it is possible that it still existed in later eras.
