Richard Todd Bidner (born July 5, 1961 in Petrolia, Ontario) is a retired Canadian ice hockey centre. Drafted in 1980 by the Washington Capitals, Bidner played a dozen games with the Capitals. He spent most of his playing career playing in Great Britain and played for the Great Britain men's national ice hockey team at the 1994 World Championship, Pool A. In 1985 he went to Great Britain and became an offensive star in the country. He played a total of 13 seasons in Britain. He returned to Canada to play senior hockey for the Petrolia Squires in 2000-01.

He spent most of his playing career playing in Great Britain and played for the Great Britain men's national ice hockey team at the 1994 World Championship, Pool A. He played junior hockey with the Toronto Marlboros from 1978 to 1981 and was chosen 110th overall by the Washington Capitals in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft. Bidner turned pro in 1981-82 in the Capitals' system and played 12 games for the NHL team, scoring 2 goals and 1 assist. Bidner played three more seasons in the minor pros. In 1985 he went to Great Britain and became an offensive star in the country. He played a total of 13 seasons in Britain. He returned to Canada to play senior hockey for the Petrolia Squires in 2000-01. He was an assistant coach of the London Knights in 2006-07.
