She met Arnold Odysseus and Crimson Fury as a damsel in the very first episode, Ponies, Guns, and Fruity Drinks, where she was victimized by a gang of extortionists. In fact, apart from her wealth, Marilyn frequently proves useless in any adventure scenario: in Pega-Sissies, she gets the group lost while trying to escape a collapsing base, and in Going Mentalist she gets so drunk at the villain's party she can't complete her part of a sensitive mission. She seems slightly out of touch with reality and has a horrendous weakness for alcohol.
